| The Road Rover Elite Undercover Force (or E.U.F. for short) are a special team of Rovers whose main task is to use their unique skills for advanced undercover and intelligence missions. The group is lead by Confuse-us, the 'wise dog of the mountain' from 'A Hair From the Dog That Bit You' episode. He gives advice and training to his own daughter Catherine as well as Otto Jr, Emily and Amelia, the grown children of Otto & Samantha. | Otto Jr, Emily and Amelia, through their mother being zapped by Parvo's time accelerator before they were born and with help from Amos Doggie's magic, were born and instantly aged to the human equivilent of late teens/early twenties. The process also caused the three to have advanced bionics as well as magical powers. Though potentially very powerful, the three lack experience so Confuse-us acts as their 'mentor'. They train together with Catherine, who, like her brother (Space Rover Rasputin) is very skilled in martial arts. | |||||||||||||||||||
